Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy!

Our team are not happy unless you are happy. Seriously.

So - if you receive something that is not quite right or does not fit correctly. No problem.

Just email us on returns@arenateamwear.com to start the process.

We are trying to keep costs down and to fit so we will most likely ask that you return your items to an agreed sport at your club/school. At the same time, we dispatch your new item(s) to you (pending stock availability).

Returns are FREE of charge and include tracking.

All we ask of you

  • Tags are still attached

  • The items are in original, undamaged packaging

  • The items are in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Basically - we need to be able to sell the items that you return.

Refund Payment

Please allow up to 5 days from date of return, for your return to be processed.

All refunds will be processed through a secure payment gateway and via the original method of payment. It can take an additional 1 -2 days for the refund to be made into your account by your financial institution. You will receive email notification as soon as your refund has been completed.

We will refund the original cost of shipping where the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
